Jack Rainbow

Jack is a Performing Artist, Bass player, guitar player, and comedian. Jack also started playing music at a very early age and comes from a very talented, musical family.

When Jack and his brother Casey returned to Chicago due to their Elder brothers passing, and after touring the country, they regrouped and formed the “Sonic Groove” where they would meet Judy Romano with TNT production and become one of the best bands in the Chicagoland, Northern and Southwest suburbs, performing in places such as:

  • The Rusty Pelican

  • The Flame

  • The Living Room (Schaumburg IL. and Oakbrook IL.)

  • The Point

  • Wellington's Steak House

  • Gibson's Steakhouse (downtown Chicago)

  • Carmine's Steakhouse (downtown Chicago with the Jonathan Lacey Trio where he received the name Jack Rainbow)

  • and many many more.

Jack always had a passion for laughter. He would watch

comedians like Rodney Dangerfield, Jackie Mason, and Louie Anderson, so on Jack's days off from playing with the band, he would go to the comedy clubs and perform as a stand-up comedian. Jack also wrote sketches for the hit improv show "Laugh Asodes". Jack also took up residency at the four Queens Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas with his brother Casey paying tribute to Joey Bishop in the long running Rat Pack show.

Among other things, Jack was also the MC for “The Legendary Drifters” show in Chicago. Jack can also be seen playing bass guitar on the demo reel for Chicago’s “Jersey Girls” show.
